Designer

Thinking Machines Lab is focused on empowering humanity through collaborative general intelligence, and they are seeking a designer to define user experiences for their AI products. The role involves designing end-to-end product experiences, contributing to the design system, and collaborating with researchers to guide AI model behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product experiences from early concepts and high-fidelity prototypes through high-fidelity UI and implementation in code
• Contribute to our design system that helps a small team move fast without sacrificing craft
• Participate in model training and evaluation to guide model behavior with AI researchers
• Contribute to brand, storytelling, demos, and external-facing materials as needed
