Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers. They are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Sr. Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of Technology & Entertainment clients, facilitating strategic client conversations and managing project operations to deepen client trust and drive value from media investments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Primary Client Partner: Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, owning kick-off calls, project status updates, audience requests, and final deliverable communication – ensuring a consistently high standard of client service and responsiveness
- Lead Strategic Client Conversations: Facilitate and contribute to client-facing discussions around media activation, campaign measurement, and insights – translating Circana’s data into clear, actionable recommendations that reinforce our value and deepen client trust in our solutions
- Own Project Management Across Workstreams: Quarterback internal operations for each client engagement – coordinating between Solutions, Ad Operations, Data Science, and other cross-functional partners to manage timelines, set expectations, and deliver results on schedule
- Grow and Deepen Existing Relationships: Develop a strong understanding of each Technology client’s business, goals, and media strategy – identifying opportunities to expand the scope of our partnership, introduce new solutions, and position Circana as a long-term trusted advisor
- Support New Client Acquisition: As part of a lean, collaborative team, participate in new business meetings and pitches for prospective Technology clients – contributing product expertise, client-facing polish, and knowledge of the Technology advertiser landscape to help win new partnerships
- Leverage Circana’s Platform Suite: Utilize Circana’s proprietary tools – including Unify+, Liquid Data, and Intelligence Suite – to execute audience requests, surface insights, and deliver client-ready analyses that demonstrate clear media ROI for Technology advertisers
- Build and Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends in the Technology category – including consumer electronics, mobile, computing, and connected home – as well as the broader media and measurement landscape, to bring relevant context to client conversations and internal planning
- Maintain Organized and Efficient Operations: Keep client documents, trackers, and project collateral well-organized on SharePoint and internal systems – ensuring the team has clear visibility into account status, open deliverables, and upcoming milestones at all times
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in media, with a background in agency planning/buying, media activation, or client-facing account management at a media or data/measurement company
- Strong organizational and project management skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to client stakeholders, are essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Familiarity with media measurement or analytics platforms is preferred; experience with Circana's suite (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) or comparable tools (e.g., Nielsen, DoubleVerify) is a plus
- Experience working with or within Technology, consumer electronics, or related advertising categories is a plus
