Partner with clients to uncover business needs and goals
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product owners
Guide user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Support content modeling and CMS best practices
Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira
Contribute to roadmap planning and ongoing iteration
Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned
Work closely with strategy, design, and engineering
Identify risks early and help solve them
Support training and knowledge sharing with clients
Requirements
Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment with client-facing projects
Hands-on experience with Contentful or another headless CMS
A track record of supporting enterprise website implementations
Confidence creating requirements, user stories, and documentation
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
Strong communication skills—you can connect technical and non-technical audiences
The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move work forward
It's a bonus if you have: Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager; Exposure to content modeling or information architecture; Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or composable architectures
