Senior Program Manager Capital Markets / Investment Banking

Dice is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive execution across multiple strategic enterprise initiatives within a large investment banking environment. The ideal candidate will manage concurrent enterprise programs and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Corporate Communications teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive execution of 3 5 concurrent enterprise programs
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
• Lead status reporting and executive communications
• Manage escalations and issue resolution processes
• Support and mentor junior Project/Program Managers
• Collaborate closely with Legal Teams
• Collaborate closely with Compliance Teams
• Collaborate closely with Technology/Infrastructure Teams
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications Teams
• Collaborate closely with Business Leadership & Executive Stakeholders
• Coordinate internal office movements and workspace restructuring
• Manage cross-functional alignment during relocation activities
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to support entity decommissioning initiatives
• Ensure proper governance and operational alignment
• Align internal tools, databases, networks, and office infrastructure with enterprise standards
• Coordinate with technology teams on implementation activities

Requirements:

• 20+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Strong background within Investment Banking
• Strong background within Capital Markets
• Strong background within Financial Services
• Strong background within Asset/Investment Management
• Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong risk identification and escalation management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Candidates must currently reside in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT)
• Strong communication and executive presence are critical for success in this role
• Exposure to Infrastructure or Technology-related programs
• Experience working in large enterprise banking environments
