Owner of the Channel Partner Program for Software Products of product line Grid Automation
Define the structure and content of the Channel Partner Program
Define channel management process and ensure partnership execution
Actively collaborate with different stakeholders, Business Lines, Product Marketing and Product Management, Lead Factory and supply units
Keep strong relationships with the channel partners during the transfer of technology and business plan execution
Track partner performance against program goals
Prepare regular dashboards and reports for leadership
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Identify potential risks in channel operations and develop mitigation plans
Develop onboarding processes and training materials for Grid Automation channel partners
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partners

University degree in field of Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering/Automation/IT
5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product management or similar role, in multi-cultural environment
Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution Networks (HV/MV)
Experience with SCADA and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
Knowledge of the Utility segment, both TSO and DSO
Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners
Capability to work in an international environment with collaborative attitude
Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills
