Latent Labs is focused on building frontier models in biology and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build their San Francisco team. This role involves hands-on recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping hiring processes to attract exceptional talent across AI, biology, software engineering, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in San Francisco to understand team priorities, role requirements and hiring goals
- Own full-cycle hiring across a range of technical, scientific and business roles
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networks and direct outreach
- Engage exceptional passive candidates and communicate Latent Labs’ mission with clarity and conviction
- Run structured, candidate-friendly hiring processes from kickoff through to offer
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, candidate quality, role calibration, process design and closing strategy
- Help create repeatable hiring systems, including interview plans, scorecards, candidate communications and reporting
- Work closely with the London Talent team to build a consistent global hiring approach across both sites
- Represent Latent Labs externally as a thoughtful, credible and mission-driven talent partner
