TruHeight Vitamins is a pediatrician-backed supplement brand built for kids and teens, selling through various channels including DTC and retail. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own retention and lifecycle marketing, focusing on customer touchpoints after the first sale and driving repeat purchases through various strategies and optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the campaign calendar and lifecycle flow strategy across Klaviyo (email and WhatsApp), Brevo (SMS), and PushOwl
- Build, ship, and continuously optimize all flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Site Abandonment, Post Purchase, and Winback
- Build advanced behavioral, purchase-based, and lifecycle segments
- Run a real A/B testing roadmap across campaigns and flows; document hypotheses, results, and what you would do next
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and channel health proactively — catch problems before they cost revenue
- Coordinate with copy and design to ship on schedule without sacrificing quality
- Own Loop Subscriptions performance: churn rate, save rate, LTV, and contribution to total revenue
- Build and continuously test cancellation flows, save offers, dunning, and pause logic
- Design and run experiments to improve subscriber acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Build Loop Quick Actions tied to Klaviyo triggers
- Report monthly on cohort LTV, payback, and the levers moving them
- Own DTC funnel performance: PDP conversion, AOV, attach rate, checkout completion
- Run a continuous A/B testing program across landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout
- Manage smart cart, post-purchase widgets, and on-site personalization
- Create and manage discount codes, campaign promo logic, and flash sale infrastructure
- Monitor PDPs for pricing or display issues and escalate quickly
- Build and maintain a weekly retention dashboard: cohort LTV, repeat rate, subscription health, channel mix
- Forecast DTC revenue monthly with variance commentary
- Surface 1–2 strategic insights per week that drive real action, not just status reporting
- Bring a point of view to every meeting — we hire people who think, not just execute
- Work closely with copy, design, and web development to keep campaigns shipping on time
- Manage vendor and platform relationships: Klaviyo, Loop, Brevo, PushOwl, and any net-new tooling you bring in
- Own content operations adjacent to your channels (blog publishing via Bloggle, Spanish translations via Langify, podcast recap publishing)
- Coordinate giveaway landing pages and winner communications
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DTC growth, lifecycle, retention, or CRM roles — with personal hands-on ownership of a retention program at a scaled DTC brand ($10M+ revenue)
- Deep operational fluency in Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, deliverability, advanced behavioral logic
- Hands-on experience with at least one major subscription platform (Loop, Recharge, Skio)
- Working knowledge of Shopify admin and comfortable QA-ing the live site
- Strong commercial instincts — you think in CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin, not vanity metrics
- You've run real A/B tests, can talk through statistical significance, and have killed your own ideas based on data
- You write your own briefs, pull your own data, and don't need to be managed task-by-task
- Clear, fast async communicator — you document your work so the team is never guessing
- US-based, fully remote, comfortable with Pacific and Eastern time overlap
- Have worked on a kids, family, or supplements/CPG brand
- Have scaled SMS or WhatsApp as a meaningful revenue channel
- Have built or operated a structured CRO testing roadmap
- Have launched a subscription program from scratch or relaunched one that was underperforming
- Are comfortable with retail compliance and FTC-adjacent advertising claim review — we sell kids supplements, this matters
