Teroxx is an innovative digital asset boutique operating at the intersection of finance and technology. They are seeking a creative and analytically minded Product Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between product and go-to-market functions, translating complex digital asset offerings into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compelling positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for all Teroxx products and services
- Translate complex crypto and fintech concepts into clear, accessible narratives for diverse audiences — from retail investors to institutional clients
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all product touchpoints and channels
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns in close collaboration with product management, design, compliance, and sales teams
- Define target segments, buyer personas, and market entry strategies for new features and product updates
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness, including sales enablement materials, training, and support documentation
- Create and oversee high-quality marketing content — including landing pages, product one-pagers, case studies, video scripts, and email campaigns
- Develop educational content that demystifies digital assets, MiCA compliance, and Teroxx's unique product ecosystem
- Manage content calendar and multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social media, and partner channels
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning gaps in the digital asset landscape
- Monitor competitor messaging, product launches, and marketing activities to inform strategy
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, sales insights, and data analytics to continuously refine marketing approaches
- Define and track key marketing KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, campaign ROI, user acquisition, engagement metrics) to measure effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and report results to leadership and stakeholders
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to support pipeline growth and retention goals
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Business Analysts to deeply understand product roadmaps and upcoming features
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with MiCA, AML, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and roadmaps to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles within fintech, crypto, or financial services
- Proven ability to develop product messaging and positioning for complex, regulated financial products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with clarity and impact
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel go-to-market campaigns
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools
- Familiarity with Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Background in digital assets, blockchain technology, or regulated crypto environments
- Understanding of MiCA, AML, or similar EU financial regulatory frameworks
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing in a fintech or trading context
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Marketing certifications (CIM, AMA, HubSpot, or equivalent) are an advantage
