Manage a portfolio of Metrix projects by partnering with engineering and Metrix business leads to drive cross-functional delivery in turn providing clear status, risk, and dependency communication
Oversee modernization, enhancements, ongoing operations, governance cadence, and escalation/decisioning

Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field
Strong technical background and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders
Experience in defining product metrics and implementing data driven product planning processes
Relevant certifications in project management or product management (SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Certifications)
Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically revenue cycle management
Proven ability to transition from high-level strategic planning to detailed execution
