About this role

Establish and implement the Hub Product Line specific quality strategy
Ensure availability of QA and QC resources and confirm that staff are adequately trained
Analyze customer feedback and conduct assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement in product and process quality
Drive resolution of quality issues through thorough root cause analysis
Promote compliance awareness and support factories in adhering to quality standards
Monitor, report, and communicate quality performance by analyzing KPIs
Manage, mentor, and develop Quality Managers and staff

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 15 years of extensive experience in Transformer business in engineering, operations, Service or Quality function in a managerial role
Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership ability to influence and mentor cross-functional teams
Proficiency in both spoken & written Turkish and English language is required.
