Pavago is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth across accounting and financial services. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline while working closely with leadership and service delivery teams.

- Build targeted lead lists using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Directories, Outbound prospecting tools
- Research company pain points and tailor outreach messaging
- Maintain organized lead and pipeline tracking systems
- Execute outbound outreach across: Cold calls, Email campaigns, LinkedIn, Social platforms
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline momentum
- Support inbound lead generation through basic paid campaigns such as: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
- Optimize outreach messaging and response rates
- Conduct discovery calls using frameworks such as: BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN
- Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions
- Run demos and walkthroughs using tools such as: Digits, GoHighLevel, Service presentation platforms
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Create proposals and close smaller deals independently
- Coordinate onboarding handoff to service delivery teams
- Maintain proactive follow-up cadences across all opportunities
- Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of communication
- Update CRM systems with: Notes, Activities, Pipeline stages, Deal status
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
- Track: Outreach activity, Conversion rates, Pipeline growth, Ad performance, Revenue contribution
- Prepare weekly sales performance updates and reports
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in: Accounting services, Bookkeeping services, Financial services, Professional services
- Experience conducting: Discovery calls, Sales presentations, Deal closing
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as: HubSpot, Salesforce, Similar systems
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools including: Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
- Strong objection handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling into: SMBs, Service-based businesses, Accounting firms
- Familiarity with: GoHighLevel, Digits, Accounting workflows, Bookkeeping operations
- Experience supporting or running: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of: Financial operations, Bookkeeping pain points, Operational accounting workflows
