Manage vendor invoice processing, payment requests, and expense reviews.
Perform reconciliations of accounts payable, accruals, prepayments, intercompany balances, taxes, and project-related accounts.
Support monthly accounting close activities and preparation of financial information.
Assist with statutory accounting and local tax compliance processes.
Ensure accurate accounting of revenues, costs, deferred revenue, and project transactions.
Analyze actual results versus budgets and identify operational and financial variances.
Support profitability and operational efficiency analysis for international programs.
Work in a multi-currency environment supporting operations across the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
Coordinate with cross-functional international teams and stakeholders.
Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
Utilize accounting systems, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or multinational operations.
Experience in project-based, international, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP is highly valued.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with a focus on process improvement and data analysis.
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar ERP/accounting systems.
Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies) to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes.
