Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QNXT Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise along with hands-on experience in QNXT development, software architecture, and enterprise application integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and integration of complex software solutions
• Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, design, and coding activities
• Develop and maintain healthcare applications and integrations
• Work on system integration, testing, certification, verification, and validation
• Define and implement software features and enhancements
• Provide technical guidance and customer support when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
• Contribute to process improvements and technical best practices

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience in healthcare product development
• Hands-on experience with QNXT
• Expertise in:
  • SQL
  • .NET / C#
  • RESTful APIs
  • SSIS
  • SSRS
• Experience with software architecture, requirements analysis, design, and coding

Nice to Have

• Healthcare EDI knowledge
• Experience with integration connectors and communication platforms

Required Skills

• Ability to code in multiple programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
