Required Skills & Experience

• 15 years of overall SAP HCM/HR technology experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong expertise in Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration and support.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities.
• Experience in payroll validation frameworks and payroll process automation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of payroll troubleshooting, defect analysis, and support processes.
• Experience working in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification preferred.
• Experience with global payroll environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI/Integration Center integrations preferred.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
