Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of overall SAP HCM/HR technology experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong expertise in Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration and support.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
- Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities.
- Experience in payroll validation frameworks and payroll process automation.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of payroll troubleshooting, defect analysis, and support processes.
- Experience working in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification preferred.
- Experience with global payroll environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP CPI/Integration Center integrations preferred.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
