About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct functional demonstrations of the Retail system, presenting best practices and platform features;
- Act in a consultative manner with clients, understanding their business processes and identifying opportunities for solution alignment;
- Plan and execute POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate the solution with clients;
- Support implementation processes by tracking schedules and deliverables and ensuring established deadlines are met;
- Assist the commercial team in technical meetings and solution presentations;
- Identify, record, and evaluate new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with business rules and established technical standards;
- Map requirements and business processes, translating client needs into platform-aligned solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT or related fields;
- Availability for domestic travel;
- Experience with system implementations and/or knowledge of retail processes;
- Own equipment (laptop);
- Organized and proficient with Excel spreadsheets;
- Strong communication skills and good didactic/presentation ability;
- Experience with system implementation routines.
