Loman AI is transforming how restaurants handle phone calls with an AI-powered voice platform. The part-time Customer Service Representative will support restaurant operators by providing timely assistance and ensuring a seamless experience with Loman AI's technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to Loman AI customers via Slack, Zendesk, and email
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the engineering team when needed
- Guide customers through setup, configuration, and common workflow
- Track, document, and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform
- Assist with onboarding new restaurant partners when required
- Contribute to building out our knowledge base and support documentation
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service, technical support, or help desk experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Slack and Zendesk (or similar support tools)
- Comfort with technology and troubleshooting software
- Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
- Experience in restaurant operations or restaurant technology
- Familiarity with POS systems like Toast, Square, Clover, or Aloha
- Prior SaaS support experience
