Technical Business Analyst - Cloud Foundations

The Wendy's Company is a renowned restaurant brand known for its unique approach to quality and employee support. They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on capturing requirements, monitoring project progress, and ensuring technology solutions align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation
• Document current and future state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance workflows
• Serve as an intermediary between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
• Track changes to requirements, monitor project progress, and support testing and validation efforts
• Communicate requirements and functional specifications to product engineering teams
• Create and maintain reports on system performance, business metrics, and project outcomes to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or technical analysis roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
