Wandrian is an industry pioneer in international rail travel and a leading specialist in Italy travel, seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to optimize the customer journey. The role involves leading growth strategies, managing team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance traveler experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy to drive acquisition, usage, retention, and referral performance
- Oversee and analyze high-impact growth experiments
- Owning the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, affiliates, and emerging channels
- Using customer and behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve the full traveler journey
- Managing 4-6 team members, including agencies and external partners
- Creating new processes to drive short form and long form content creation
- Finding new content creators and affiliates
- Helping build scalable marketing systems and workflows
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years in growth or product marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta + Google Ads (Tik Tok experience a plus)
- A sharp analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving
- Someone who moves quickly, tests intelligently, and learns constantly
- A bias toward action and comfort making decisions in fast-moving environments
- Curiosity around emerging technologies, platforms, and marketing trends
- Experience helping travel, e-commerce or consumer brands scale through meaningful growth stages is required
