Product Designer

Hired Recruiters is a pre-seed company founded in 2021 that is looking for a Founding Designer to redefine community living arrangements. The role involves designing a user-friendly product and shaping the brand's visual identity while engaging with customers to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design: You'll be using your special design skills to create a beautiful product that makes setting up communities as simple as possible. Our team uses Figma
• Shape Brand: We're still in the early days of defining the look and feel of the Together brand. You'll have the opportunity to shape the visual message of what Together represents
• Talk to customers: Meaningful design means understanding who you're serving. You'll own direct relationships with our organizers to become privy to their wants and needs
• You have a seat at the table: We appreciate great design and your unique perspective as to how the product should function. We'll take your feedback seriously. Rest easy, your designs will never get randomly changed

Requirements:

• Experience with React
• Experience with TypeScript
