Lead Product Designer (Web3 Creator Economy)

Hyphen Connect is a well-funded startup focused on revolutionizing the creator economy with a consumer-facing decentralized application (dApp). As a Lead Product Designer, you will manage the design team and spearhead UX strategy to enhance user experience in the Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative solutions for the creator economy
• Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and onboarding in the Web3 environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with company goals
• Conduct user research and use insights to inform design decisions
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX/UI
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes
• 3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
