Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
8–15 years in sales or marketing, preferably in energy or power systems
Proven communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders
Solid understanding of the U.S. utility landscape, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 for planning, reporting, and collaboration
Ability to travel up to approximately 60%
