Connecteam is a TLV-based startup focused on transforming the work experience for deskless employees through their business management platform. The Sales Development Representative will play a vital role in executing lead generation strategies and optimizing campaigns while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline
- Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment
- Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively
