Responsibilities:

• Oversee field activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
• Manage and track the overall project schedule, budget, and client-directed design changes
• Monitor and document project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and potential cost or schedule impacts
• Prepare and distribute clear documentation, including meeting minutes and regular project update reports

Requirements:

• Project Management professional
• Passionate about shaping successful construction projects
• Ability to oversee field activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
• Experience managing and tracking overall project schedule, budget, and client-directed design changes
• Ability to monitor and document project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and potential cost or schedule impacts
• Skill in preparing and distributing clear documentation, including meeting minutes and regular project update reports
