Coordinate and manage multiple patient monitoring installation projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations
Develop and maintain project schedules related to hardware delivery, software implementation, installation activities, and customer training
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, ensuring clear communication between customer stakeholders and internal teams
Partner closely with Clinical, Service, Sales, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to support installation planning and go-live readiness
Conduct ongoing project status meetings with both customers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, timelines, and open action items
Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
Help troubleshoot installation challenges and collaborate across teams to identify solutions and alternative paths forward when needed
Support project continuity and provide backup coverage for other project managers when necessary
Assist with coordinating external vendors and third-party resources tied to installation activities
Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, vendors, and internal teams to help drive successful project execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 1 year of project management experience within a healthcare environment preferred
At least 1 year of experience working directly with external customers
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources and drive project progress
Ability to understand technical information related to healthcare products, software, service, and installation processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
