Talent Groups is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of an innovative AI-powered platform focused on clinical research protocol generation and institutional review board (IRB) support workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack development and cloud-native architecture, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade applications
- Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, App Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, IAM, or related GCP services
- Advanced proficiency in Python and backend API development
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Strong frontend development experience using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and translate product vision into scalable technical solutions
