HealthEdge is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers. They are hiring two Senior Business Systems Analysts to join their GTM Systems team, responsible for owning the Salesforce platform and leading AI strategy implementation. The role involves building solutions, partnering with GTM leaders, and ensuring the systems evolve alongside business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Salesforce platform for your GTM domain — configuration, automation, integrations and data — from requirements through deployment and ongoing health
- Partner directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and lead implementation — using Claude, AI agents and other tools to reimagine workflows, not just automate the current state
- Embed yourself in how GTM teams actually work — surfacing friction before stakeholders have to tell you about it, translating what you find into requirements, and building the case for what needs to change
- Design solutions for longevity — thinking upstream and downstream, anticipating what breaks three hops down the road and building for scale, not just speed
- Connect what you build to business outcomes. Know whether your solution moved the needle and be able to explain impact in business terms, not just technical ones
- Contribute to the team's AI-first operating model — using AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate documentation, analysis, testing and solution design
- Support platform health: data integrity, security, integrations and the day-to-day responsiveness that keeps end users moving
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles — with proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data)
- Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset — you're most comfortable when you're in the system doing the work, not just advising on it
- Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation — you've helped define the approach and shipped it, not just participated in the conversation
- Strong systems thinking — you see upstream and downstream impacts, design for longevity, and don't automate broken processes
- Stakeholder fluency — you can hold firm on technical constraints while keeping relationships intact, and you translate complexity into language executives actually act on
- Data fluency — you extract, validate and interpret data to validate what you build and decide what comes next
- Comfort with ambiguity — this team is building its own playbook and you'll help write it; you don't need a perfect brief to get started
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi or similar) for integration work is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem — marketing automation, CS platforms, PSA and support tooling — and how they connect to Salesforce
- AI-first by default: you already reach for AI tools in your daily work, experiment on your own, and are genuinely curious about what's next — not just willing to use AI when asked
