Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, and lead growth strategies for assigned client relationships to increase account penetration with a long-term, multi-year focus
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio
- Serve as the primary liaison between your clients and FIS, ensuring alignment with client strategy and expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- General knowledge of retirement solutions and/or retirement technology, including systems, applications, and plan administration practices
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executive leadership
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Proven track record of successful sales achievement
- Strong understanding of FIS Retirement Solutions products and services
