Senior Business Analyst

Conviso Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional for a Federal client engagement. The primary responsibilities include leading IT implementation and operations management tasks, developing technology strategies, and supporting systems integration and data analytics efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities are to have a fundamental understanding of IT Implementation and Operations Management best practices
• Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on IT engagements related to:
• Technology strategy
• Architecture and service management
• IT security
• Systems integration
• Data analytics and visualization
• Application development and maintenance
• Help desk operations
• Infrastructure/network design and management
• Cloud services including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Execute portions of the project scope under the guidance of the Project Delivery Manager or designated mid-to-senior-level staff
• Contribute to project deliverables with work reviewed by team members for quality and accuracy
• Demonstrate understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Perform tasks independently with general guidance to execute assigned responsibilities
• Role is aligned to a specific Federal client IT engagement

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in IT implementation, operations management, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and enterprise technology support
• Fundamental understanding of IT Implementation and Operations Management best practices
• Experience in technology strategy
• Experience in architecture and service management
• Experience in IT security
• Experience in systems integration
• Experience in data analytics and visualization
• Experience in application development and maintenance
• Experience in help desk operations
• Experience in infrastructure/network design and management
• Experience in cloud services including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
