Data & Business Analyst - Remote

Martine Law, PLLC is a modern legal organization looking to innovate its data management. As a Data & Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing automated reporting pipelines and utilizing AI for efficient data analytics to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own the reporting and analytics that drive every firm under XM Legal Management
• Design intelligent, automated reporting pipelines using AI to generate, refresh, summarize, and explain reports

Requirements:

• Experience with reporting and analytics in a legal organization
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience with AI technologies, specifically Claude AI
• Ability to design automated reporting pipelines
• Strong data cleaning and transformation skills
• Ability to generate, refresh, summarize, and explain reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
