SQUAD is focused on building and scaling its employer brand across Ukraine, Poland, and Czechia. The Employer Brand Manager will strengthen SQUAD’s internal and external employer brand through strategic events and partnerships, aiming to attract and retain top talent in these markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of employer branding initiatives to establish a cohesive and distinctive brand identity across Poland and Czechia
- Tailor and adapt SQUAD’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and communication strategies to effectively resonate with the unique characteristics of the local talent markets in Poland and Czechia
- Lead the comprehensive planning and delivery of a diverse range of employer branding activities, including industry conferences, technical meetups, university programs, and community projects
- Manage company-owned events from end-to-end, covering everything from initial concept and speaker sourcing to campaign launches and full operational logistics
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with universities, key tech communities, and external vendors
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for events and marketing campaigns, ensuring strict alignment with SQUAD’s EVP and global brand identity
- Monitor and analyze tech talent market trends, conducting competitor benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities that enhance SQUAD’s market positioning and reputation
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of all events and partnerships, translating EB metrics into data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously optimize future efforts
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience in planning, producing, and executing industry events, meetups, and conferences
- Expertise in benchmarking competitors and monitoring tech talent market trends, specifically within the CEE region
- Demonstrable ability to adapt the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand voice for specific regional markets (Poland and Czechia)
- Deep proficiency in developing ideas for engaging content for various channels, including social media, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end candidate journey and the tools used to attract top tech talent
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management abilities, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior related experience working within the Tech domain
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Advanced language skills in Ukrainian, Polish, or Czech will be an advantage
