Myridius is a company seeking a Project Manager / BA to define and manage global project plans and key stakeholders. The role involves leading project teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage a global project plan, project team, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to communicate project objectives and expectations
- Monitor and manage resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project teams in executing project tasks and activities according to the project plan
- Ensure that project milestones are met and that the project stays on track
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project to minimize their impact on project delivery
- Establish and enforce project quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet these standards
- Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates and reports
- Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships
- Provide Mgt with relevant information to ensure effective budget management
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through a formal change control process
- Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs
- Generate and distribute regular project reports
- Ensure the orderly closure of projects, including obtaining client acceptance and sign-off
- Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned
Requirements:
- 10 - 10 Years of experience in project management
- Experience with developing Project Plans in Smartsheets (or Microsoft Project) software
- Facilitate project status/steering calls, manage RAID logs and produce recurring project status reporting
- Follow the MB SCIS Project Management Framework and Stage Gate processes
- Gather information and produce both functional and technical documentation for applications and processes across the end-to-end supply chain
- Work with Technical Team members to create technical specifications for Data Engineers/Developer
- Knowledge of Supply Chain business functionality (Inventory management, ordering, moving product from Warehouse to McDonald's restaurant, etc.)
- Knowledge of Waste Management/Recycling for restaurants
- Experienced in working in Data Warehouse/Data Lake, Data Analytics and Reporting environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with business and technical people from around the world
