• Assist in gathering and documenting financial business requirements
• Support creation of user stories and functional specifications
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and QA teams
• Support financial reporting and system enhancements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Support UAT and issue tracking
• Maintain documentation and process standards

<>Required Qualifications</>

• 1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• Exposure to finance or accounting systems
• Basic understanding of financial data and reports
• Familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodology
• Experience using JIRA or documentation tools
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
