Scout Global is partnered with an early stage AI Security vendor experiencing rapid expansion across the US. They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption and long-term expansion for customers post-sales, requiring technical depth and the ability to develop tools and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Owning customer lifecycle post-deployment (adoption, expansion and renewal)
- Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer priorities
- Drive measurable outcomes and success metrics
- Lead business reviews (QBR's/EBRs) and communicate value
- Writing scripts and automation to streamline workflows
- Build lightweight tools, dashboards or utilities for visibility and adoption
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through technical challenges
- Working with API's (REST/gRPC)
Requirements:
- 8 + years experience in Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Engineering roles
- Must have worked within the Cyber Security industry - Endpoint or DLP backgrounds are highly preferable
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Experience managing escalations and navigating complex environments
- Must have the capability to write scripts / have the know how for technical requirements above
- Working knowledge of Python is a huge plus
- Experience with AI/LLM systems is a huge plus
