Samirian Chemicals is a leading provider of high-quality chemical products, dedicated to delivering exceptional value and reliable supply chain solutions to our industrial partners. They are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Account Executive / Inside Sales Coordinator to manage B2B accounts and coordinate logistics. The role involves owning the sales cycle, ensuring effective communication with clients and supply chain partners, and maintaining data integrity in the CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Cycle. Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B chemical accounts, moving leads from initial inquiry through qualification, quoting, and closing
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with operations, freight forwarders, and distributors to track shipments, manage lead times, and proactively communicate delivery updates to clients
- Strategic Quoting & Pricing: Navigate the complexities of chemical pricing, calculating margins based on volume, freight costs, and supply chain variables
- Pipeline Management: Maintain absolute data integrity in our CRM, tracking all customer communications, contract renewals, and logistical preferences
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer technical and volume requirements, aligning Samirian Chemicals’ product offerings and supply chain capabilities with their production schedules
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or sales coordination specifically within the chemical, supply chain, or industrial logistics sectors
- A strong understanding of freight, shipping terms, bulk/packaged chemical transport, and supply chain workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce), ERP systems, Netsuite, and standard remote collaboration tools
- Comfortable working with numbers, calculating freight-inclusive margins, and managing inventory lead times
- A self-starter who thrives working independently while maintaining high organizational standards in a work-from-home environment
