Care Access is working to make the future of health better for all. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of digital campaigns aimed at increasing patient engagement and recruitment, requiring a data-driven leader to optimize digital channels for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support patient recruitment
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display platforms
- Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights and drive channel optimizations
- Continuously optimize social advertising efforts through A/B testing, audience refinement, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Activate and grow overall channels used to reach our target audience digitally including programmatic, CTV, and other paid social channels
- Build strategies and activate full funnel campaigns, growing awareness of Care Access and our overall offerings
- Conduct deep dives into analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies
- Strategically manage and allocate a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget to maximize overall performance
- Work with development and analytics teams to further build out our marketing automation
- Assist with additional project planning as needed
- Continuous A/B testing on email and SMS marketing
Requirements:
- Expertise in full funnel campaign strategy, including channels such as paid social, programmatic, and other marketing channels
- Passion for data analysis and uncovering growth opportunities
- Experienced in building a multi-million dollar ad strategies
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing and performance optimization
