Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with innovative technology. The Emerging Talent Leader for UK & EMEA will manage the strategy and execution of early-career programs, including apprenticeships and internships, while building partnerships with universities and ensuring program compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the UK/EMEA intern and new grad experience—including onboarding, manager enablement, social/educational events, mid-point reviews, and the final conversion-to-FTE process
- Design, launch, and scale playbook resources (onboarding kits, manager guides, project templates) to support high-volume hiring
- Implement robust feedback loops using tools like CultureAmp to measure program success, presenting actionable data and recommendations to senior leadership
- Keep converted candidates engaged post-program through structured events, quarterly campaigns, and continuous touchpoints
- Design and launch Anduril UK’s first-ever formal Apprenticeship Scheme to address local skills shortages and build pathways for individuals from diverse/disadvantaged backgrounds
- Navigate UK government apprenticeship standards, levy funding, and external training providers to ensure program compliance and educational excellence
- Act as the primary liaison between Anduril and top-tier UK/EMEA universities, engineering departments, and student organizations
- Design and execute Anduril’s on-campus recruitment strategy, leading events each cycle
- Conduct manager orientations, outline resource planning, and guide hiring managers on how to effectively scope early-career projects
- Partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and business leaders to navigate sensitive employee relations or performance issues
- Coordinate regularly with US counterparts to share best practices, align on global standards, and ensure a unified brand
