They are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives and support the Finance organization's talent agenda in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior Finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development across a global footprint
- Drive talent and leadership development, including performance management, succession planning, and high‑potential identification
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and risk mitigation, in partnership with Legal and HR COEs
- Support change initiatives related to Finance transformations, reorganizations, system implementations, and M&A activity
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, rewards, engagement, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and standards
- Use HR data and insights (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, succession readiness) to inform decision‑making and advise leaders
- Coach leaders on effective people leadership, policy application, and Carrier leadership behaviors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting Finance, Corporate, or professional client groups
- Experience supporting global or multi‑region organizations
- Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to influence leader decisions
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
