SoTalent is seeking a Senior Business Quality Analyst to drive quality and business readiness for digital commerce solutions. This role acts as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Business teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital commerce and ordering, ensuring solutions support real customer and sales workflows
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and Change teams to refine requirements and define clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Validate solutions end‑to‑end, ensuring usability, functionality, and customer readiness—not just technical completion
- Design and execute testing strategies including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing
- Validate complete order‑to‑cash and fulfillment workflows, ensuring pricing accuracy, order consistency, and data integrity
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases early to minimize defects and improve delivery outcomes
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and system integrators to triage defects, validate fixes, and ensure release quality
- Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness reviews
- Provide input into go‑live decisions by evaluating business impact, readiness, and risk
- Ensure solutions align with key commerce KPIs such as conversion, order success, and customer satisfaction
- Support DevOps and CI/CD practices, including test automation and release validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, QA, or hybrid BQA roles within enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience with digital commerce platforms (eCommerce, eB2B, portals, or order management systems)
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or related solutions)
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria
- Experience validating end‑to‑end order lifecycle or order‑to‑cash processes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English required
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments preferred
- Exposure to DSD or “tell‑sell” models is a plus
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OCM, or related Salesforce certifications
