AI Product Manager - West Coast (Remote)

As an AI Product Manager, you'll work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to turn ambitious ideas into real AI-powered solutions, driving products from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and goals
• Translate complex customer needs into clear, structured AI solution plans using Unframe’s platform
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists
• Write detailed product specs and define prompt/context structures that drive solution behavior
• Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact when making product decisions
• Identify repeatable patterns and collaborate with the Platform team to improve and scale reusable capabilities
• Act as the voice of the user throughout the entire product lifecycle

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
• Curiosity and excitement around AI products, LLMs, and emerging technologies
