Own the product end to end. Take primary ownership of Biometric Authentication: strategy, roadmap, and execution — across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design.
Own a commercial metric. Pick up a revenue, adoption, or conversion metric, diagnose the gap, and design the customer research and process changes to close it alongside sales and GTM.
Make decisions at scale. Reason about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts, in real production conditions, on a regular basis.
Run a tight customer-feedback loop. Turn enterprise customer feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap.
Own competitive positioning and pricing. Track the biometric and identity landscape and shape packaging and pricing grounded in real unit economics.
Operate with high agency. Get to independent operation within ~60 days and start clearing the highest-impact work early.
