Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Xometry is a digital marketplace that connects manufacturers with critical resources to grow their business. They are hiring a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to support customer growth, focusing on improving quality management systems and enhancing customer experience through effective communication and engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a myriad of engineering centric activities for internal and external customers
• Utilize your strengths as an advanced product quality planning engineer to improve our Quality Management System and related processes
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers teams to improve customer experience by preventing customer complaints and rejections
• Work closely with engineering and lead a world class organization effectively managing a proactive system following AS9145/ IATF 16949 (ISO TS 16949) requirements through internal and external resources to ensure quick completion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality engineering
• Strong analytical & mechanical technical experience
• Effective verbal and written English communicator
• Effective facilitator of cross functional team meetings
• Good time management / project management capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings/specifications
• Strong experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Customers and Suppliers
• Full understanding of IATF 16949 Automotive standard (or equivalent)
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Looker, Salesforce
• Familiar with regulatory audits
