"I have recently stepped into the IT Business Partner role for HR team. I am currently assessing our business support needs and one thing I am interested in is to have a US based resource for SuccessFactors and TAM who can support multiple modules, preferably in the Bay Area. Could you please let me know if you have any technical resource who can fill this role? There are several things (eg. SAP releases) that we are behind on, and we need someone knowledgeable to help us to get current on releases and work on our enhancements. Our bug count has come down to 3 but we have enhancements to be delivered. GS and I are aligned on this plan and vision."
