About this role

Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.
Partner closely with Sales to drive pre-event targeting, meeting booking, and post-event follow-ups.
Build feedback loops with Sales to track pipeline performance and optimize ROI.
Develop scalable playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Analyze event performance (pipeline attribution, conversion rates, ROI) to guide strategy.
Manage vendors, budgets, and multiple programs across regions.

5–7+ years of field/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
Proven zero-to-one experience building field marketing programs from scratch
Strong sales alignment experience, including pipeline metrics and follow-up workflows
Track record of executing in-person events tied to pipeline generation
Operational rigor across processes, reporting, and budget management
Based in SF or NYC with a willingness for hybrid work and frequent travel
