IT Project Manager

• Responsible for leading end-to-end IT project management activities for application development, data integration, and AI-enabled initiatives while ensuring successful delivery through Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage mid-sized to large IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.

Experience:

• Experience within commercial insurance or financial services environments preferred.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled project initiatives preferred.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, and technical teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for complex IT initiatives including application, integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage daily execution activities across all project phases to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into deliverables.
• Coordinate project resources and funding with leadership and functional managers.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and executive teams.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and AI trends to support project delivery strategies.
• Perform additional project-related responsibilities as needed.
