Product Manager

SynthBee, Inc. is a company focused on building Collaborative Intelligence™ to maximize the potential of people and computers working together. They are seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to help launch their software interface, participate in product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate cross-functionally to manage the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in building long-term vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with company objectives and market needs
• Participate in our Voice of the Customer rituals, analyze competitor products, and industry trends to identify opportunities and pain points
• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and specifications, prioritizing the backlog for development teams
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, program management, and sales to launch products and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle
• Act as the central point of communication, managing relationships and expectations among internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Use analytics to track performance, measure success against KPIs, and validate product enhancements
