Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join their mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management activities while supporting robust revenue cycle reporting and data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and initiative tracking across revenue cycle workstreams
- Pull and compile reports from multiple platforms on a routine and ad hoc basis
- Optimize project and program activities in alignment with organizational objectives, continuously looking to improve operational and financial performance
- Assess, manage, and report on project risks, serving as a trusted liaison between clinical, operational and technical teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with leadership to advance initiatives over time
- Ensure reports and deliverables meet the standards of the client and are delivered on time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, revenue cycle operations experience or similar
- Hands on experience managing projects with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including billing, coding, claims, denials and reimbursement processes
- Proficiency in pulling, organizing, and validating data from revenue cycle platforms and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret and contextualize revenue cycle data for non-technical stakeholders
- 3rd party vendor management and Risk management experience
- Communication, team building, coaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- PMP certification preferred
- Prior experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or health information management strongly preferred
