Sagitec Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong IT consulting background to lead large-scale, multi-year system implementation projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of complex implementations, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality while managing executive-level client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale system implementation projects (multi-year, multi-million)
- Own project scope, schedule, financials, and delivery outcomes
- Manage client relationships at executive level and act as a trusted advisor
- Drive project governance, risk management, and decision-making
- Manage cross-functional and distributed teams across full SDLC
- Oversee financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections)
- Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and commercial terms
- Lead project planning, execution, and change management
- Identify risks/issues proactively and drive resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Support business growth through upsell and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software implementations
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs ($20M+ preferred)
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end SDLC implementations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (15+ members)
- Strong client-facing experience, including executive stakeholders
- Experience managing fixed-price or large enterprise programs
- Strong financial management (budget ownership, forecasting, revenue tracking)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Experience in Public Sector implementations
- Experience in pension administration / benefits / claims systems
- Prior IT consulting / system integrator experience
- PMP Certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with IV&V or vendor oversight
- Master's degree (preferred)
