- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct multiple projects for a variety of clients across numerous sectors and regions
- Understand market needs and trends to identify and act on opportunities to win work

- Represent SEH with local governments, municipalities and industry events
- Respond to RFQ’s
- Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
- Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams
- Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field of study
- Registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina
- Experienced with design, construction and management of civil municipal projects
- Understanding of market needs and trends with ability to identify and act on opportunities to win work
- Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of previous experience in the Civil Engineering field
- Previous experience managing a staff of engineering professionals and serving as a technical mentor for junior level staff
- Current affiliation and/or membership with local, state or national Civil Engineering societies and associations
