Under the responsibility of a Project Manager within the Real Estate Development division, you will provide support on various real estate operations at different stages (tendering, studies, structuring, construction).
You will progressively participate in project management, accompanied by team members, and take part in cross-functional tasks related to the activity.
Assist in preparing responses to tenders (analysis, compiling dossiers, coordinating internal contributions)
Contribute to the monitoring of feasibility studies (data collection, liaising with partners)
Assist in preparing and monitoring project completion reports
Take part in exchanges with local authorities, partners and internal stakeholders
Depending on project progress: contribute to the refinement of projects (administrative follow-up, preparation of dossiers)
Support the monitoring of program marketing/commercialization
Contribute to the strategy for marketing housing intended for RATP Group employees and assist in implementing associated commercial tools
Participate in the preparation of committees and meetings (materials, minutes)
Contribute to market watch and the identification of development opportunities (market studies, trade shows, benchmarking)

You are currently pursuing a master’s-level degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) at an engineering school, business school or university, with a specialization in real estate, urban planning or urban development.
Previous experience (internship, academic project) in the real estate sector is a plus.
