QED Automation LLC is a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer specializing in custom automation equipment. They are seeking a driven and self-motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales for their custom automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients across industries who need custom automation equipment and solutions
- Understand client needs and work closely with our engineering team to propose and sell tailored automation solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to design and implementation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in selling custom-engineered solutions, industrial automation, or related industries
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Highly motivated by commission-based compensation
- Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to design and sell custom solutions
- Previous experience in a commission-only sales role is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
